Canonet QL17
by M. Feuerbacher 2003
|
The Canon Canonet QL17 is a camera which during recent years became increasingly popular. It has a nice sharp f/1.7 40 mm lens and a fully mechanical shutter. It has an automatic exposure mode (exposure-time priority), but it can (in contrast e.g. to the Yashica electro cameras) be used fully manual. A distinct feature is the Quick-Loading (QL) system, which is nice and indeed quick but not really necessary. The QL 17model was followed by the final model QL17GIII. |
