Zeiss Ikon Contarex

by M. Feuerbacher 2003

A spectacularly designed, at its time technically advanced, and incredibly bulky camera is the Zeiss Ikon Contarex. Due to the centrally positioned light meter window it was given the nickname "Bulls eye". Interchangeable Carl Zeiss lenses of excellent quality are used. A distinguishing feature of this camera is the use of interchangeable film magazines.
